We are showing what the first run returned, not a re-roll. The likeness line and the everyday outfit seem to have pulled it back to a photograph. If yours comes back as a photo too, say so in the prompt: add “a stylised cartoon character, not a photograph” and regenerate. The anime and sketch prompts above did change the style on the first try.
